Small businesses are being pointed to a new UK Government Bounce Back loan scheme by Highlands and Islands MSP Jamie Halcro Johnston
Mr Halcro Johnston said: “Many smaller business owners across the Highlands and Islands will be worried about how they bridge the gap before the resumption of commercial activity takes place.
“They need help now and that’s why I’m pleased that the Chancellor has managed to get this Coronavirus Bounce Back loan scheme up and running so quickly.
“The scheme provides quick and easy-to access loans of up to £50,000 and are available from today (Monday 4thMay).
“Small businesses can apply to accredited lenders by filling out a simple online form, with only seven questions.
