Commenting on news that the Heads of Terms for the Moray Growth Deal are due to be signed off later this month, Highlands and Islands MSP Jamie Halcro Johnston, said: “This is excellent news from the UK Government.
“The Growth Deal builds on the huge UK Government investment being made at RAF Lossiemouth; one which promises significant numbers of well-paid new jobs in the local supply chain.
